All our products are shipped via UPS within the USA and Canada:
All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier.
Shipment is insured up to $100, any additional insurance must be requested in advance.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed,
as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If the item(s) is defective, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. For kits: Only the defective item(s) will be replaced, not the entire survival kit.
SHIPPING DAMAGES: If an item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free-of-charge up to $100. Insurance above $100 must be requested in advance.
CUSTOMER ERROR: If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned, as long as they are in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. The initial shipping charge and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
MISSING ITEMS: If an item is missing from your order, we will ship out the missing item at no charge to you, if we are notified within 30 days of the order. Please note: this rarely occurs as we double check our orders before they are shipped.
FOOD & WATER PRODUCTS: According to law, food and water products may not be returned for resell. Unfortunately, refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
